“Sam oversaw our A/R Department, doing all tracking billable hours, creating invoices and following up on past due collections. He also prepared our proposals and municipal bids. As part of the bidding process, Sam performed our earthmoving estimates using CAD and engineering surveys and plans. He also supervised our HR Department. He performed annual reviews for all 25 employees, hiring and terminations, he managed their benefits and garnishments.
Sam also has the analytical skills to diagnose problems and devise viable solutions. For example, he worked hand in hand with attorneys in order to offer our employees the best immigration programs available to them. His ability to remain unflustered during frenzied periods like tax season proves his ability to work well under pressure.
Sam also was one of our Project Managers, taking on intricate projects with exclusive clients. He would oversee expediting permits, excavation and site work, ordering materials, scheduling subcontractors, organizing inhouse building staff, meet with code inspectors, billing, and customer service. His interpersonal and communication skills have allowed him to develop productive working relationships with both our clients and our staff. Sam has the listening and interviewing skills necessary to extract information from our clientele while performing the necessary completion strategies.
